In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Delivery Cost: To make it easy for you and us, we charge a combined delivery fee based on weight. Minimum fee is $7.50.

Free Local Pick Up: We have FREE local pickup for all items in Canberra, ACT.
Dispatch: Items dispatch usually within 2 business days from ordering. Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched by our courier as soon as possible.
Notify: If you are not available at the address specified by you when the courier delivers your product, the courier will leave a note in your post box notifying you of the missed delivery and where they may be picked up.
The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery.
